The village Tolkmicko is situated on te south shore of the bay, close to the nature reserve Park Krajobrazowy Wysoczyzny Elbląskiej (eng Elblag Upland Landscape Park).

The city and sourroundings

Several buildings from different historical periods are present in the village, among other things a cathedral from the 14th century.

4 km from the harbour, you find the village Kadyny. It has a well preserved summer palace in barock styyle. Among others, the German emperor Wilhelm II has owned it. Nowadays it is a hotel.
