Those "mad actions" were confirmed by Haapsalu city authorities and maritime authorities in order to provide better services and safety in the marina.

Situation changed after political friends and relatives of authorities purchased the plot of land where mr Kõrve claims the HJK (Haapsalu Yachting Club) is situated. In fact HJK operates on a different address and has no jetty and no marina. There is also no existing marina behind GHM (Grand Holm Marina), but there is a planned one. Waters are shallow and dangerous behind GHM, the situation could be improvve after dredge.

Mr Kõrve and 4 of his friends "got trapped" voluntarily to keep the tension in favour of the new landlord. They have also actievly promoting gray business through GHM waters without GHM’s permission. Lot of HJK members berthed in GHM and those 5 yachts are welcome too.

GHM is not closed for blocking HJK but for blocking border-control post which is also does not exists in the neighbourhood.
