 Abruka is a small island south of Kuressare. The harbour is located on the eastern side, along the fairway from Roomasaare harbour.
There are a small café/bar and a museum on the island.
Approaching
Follow the fairway from/to Roomassare on the eastern side of Abruka.
Take off towards Abruka harbour according to the chart. An unlit
leading line shows the way into the harbour.
Pass south of the main
pier (having the T shaped pier on starboard)
Inside the harbour, the
depth is decreasing fast. Berth alongside the inside of the outer pier.
 The harbour is in bad shape, but a major overhaul is
planned for 2008-2009. The work can disturb the possibility to call the
harbour. Abruka harbour is operated by the same company as Roomasaare.
It could be a good idea to call Roomasaare first, and ask for
information on the present situation.
