Pionjerskij (som ibland benämns Pionersk eller Pionerskiy) är en fiskehamn på Kalinigradområdets nordkust. Det är möjligt för utländska båtar att besöka hamnen, men man måste vara noga med att ange detta redan när man beställer inbjudningsbrev för visumet.

According to local reports, the capacity of Pionerskiy harbour is very limited, since there are only a small jetty. However this can be sorted out when contact is taken for a letter of invitation.
